Nike Training Club Workout

When you sign into the app to get your workout you get four different choices to choose from; GET LEAN, GET TONED, GET STRONG, and GET FOCUSED. Once you choose what goal you want, you then get to choose your skill level from three different levels; BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, and ADVANCED. From there you get seven different exercises you can choose from depending on what type of equipment and time is available. I chose the GET LEAN goal and choose BEGINNER for my exercise. I then chose the FIGHTER FIT workout because there is no equipment required.

I did around twenty different exercises ranging from light jogging to walking lunges. The workout lasted exactly thirty minutes and every exercise was timed for me so I didn't lose track of time. At the end of the work out, time was allotted for stretching. Usually when I work out, I forget to stretch and I feel the effects from it in the morning when I am sore.

This app could be used in my classroom in many ways. One way I could include this in my classroom is, by using it as a log to track my students progress. This app allows you to track the amount of time spent on the different workouts and gives you rewards when certain goals are reached. This could help my students be driven towards meeting goals in the technology world and not only physical rewards.
